CCD可以称之为CCD图像传感器。CCD是一种半导体器件，它可以把光学影像转化为数字信号的一种芯片。而CCD视觉，比较通俗地理解为装有CCD芯片的摄像头，这种摄像头应用在工业生产中与设备构成一套具有检测功能的设备被称之为视觉检测设备。
